Being Seen Authentically

Instead of being I was surviving,
A portion of me I was depriving,
A mask hiding my face,
My soul’s now free, no longer in cased.

I’m looking at you through the two way glass,
While this time has passed,
You don’t see me, nothings been said.
Left with the words inside my head.

So while I’m outside looking in,
You don't know who I am, or where I've been.
It appears you do not know what you see,
For what you are looking away from is me.

Looking past and ahead, with hurt and fear,
Nothing is there, you are right here.
Everything today is agreed upon.
We have the choice to see this moments dawn.
